We boarded our dog at the Canine Obedience College in Alsip, IL and were told by the business owner to call the next day to arrange a possible time to pick up our dog. We called four times (over a period of 6 hours) with no answer. On the fourth time at 8 p.m., the owner told us we'd have to pick up our dog at after 6:15 p.m. the next day. Our dog was apparently not given adequate access to water, because he drank three bowls of water as soon as we finally got him home. This business should not be trusted with boarding your dog(s).
